Proliss Brand Product Return & Warranty Policy
Lifetime Warranty Registration
Register your product within 30 days of purchase to receive our free lifetime warranty!
We understand it’s frustrating to experience issues with your Proliss product. If your item was purchased from an authorized retailer and is defective, broken, or no longer working properly, our lifetime warranty will cover it.
Before Sending Your Product
Make sure your product is registered for warranty coverage. If not, please note there is a $15 late registration fee. Download and complete the return form and submit payment to cover shipping and handling for the exchange.
Important Notes:
- Items sent without the completed return form or proper registration will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
- A $15 late registration fee applies if the product wasn’t registered within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping Your Product
To send your defective item for warranty inspection, include the following:
- The defective product (flat iron, twister, dryer, etc.)
- The completed product return form.
- A check or money order for shipping and handling, made payable to Proliss USA (if you paid via debit/credit card, please provide the confirmation number on the return form).
We recommend shipping your item via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL. Be sure to keep your tracking number for confirmation of arrival.
Warranty Inspection & Replacement
Once we receive your item, our Warranty Department will inspect it. If the issue is determined to be a manufacturer’s defect caused by normal use, we will replace your product and ship it back to you.
Additional Information:
- If your product qualifies for a warranty replacement, it will be replaced with the same size and color, or if unavailable, with a similar item of equal or greater value.
- If we determine the issue is not due to a manufacturer’s defect or normal use, no replacement will be issued.
