Proper care of tools will allow them to last for many years. If your tool does not function properly due to manufacturing defects, you may replace your item if the tool has been properly registered with our Lifetime Warranty. Only tools purchased directly from www.prolissusa.com or any of our authorized Proliss retailers, with valid proof of purchase, are eligible for a replacement under this policy.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR PROLISS MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY IS EFFECTIVE ONLY IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN REGISTERED AND IF YOU HAVE A VALID RECEIPT FROM A PROFESSIONAL BEAUTY SALON OR OUR AUTHORIZED RESELLERS OR IF YOU PURCHASE THE PRODUCT FROM THE CORPORATE WEBSITE LOCATED AT WWW.PROLISSUSA.COM. THE WARRANTY IS NOT EFFECTIVE IF THE PROLISS STYLING TOOL WAS PURCHASED FROM ANY SOURCE NOT LISTED ABOVE, INCLUDING ANY INTERNET RESELLER OR AUCTION SITE SUCH AS AMAZON OR EBAY.
Proliss (" Proliss " or "we" or "us") warrants all of its styling tools (flat irons, blow dryers, twisters & full sets) against defects in materials and workmanship. If we receive a valid claim, we will replace your returned tool with a product of equal or greater value at our option. Please note that all authorized returns will need to be shipped to us at your expense.
This warranty DOES NOT COVER physical damage and normal wear and tear such as shorts in the power supply cord or plug, or excessive product build-up on the plates or scratched or damaged plates (in case of flat irons), or damage due to accident, misuse or abuse such as: dropping (broken housing, broken hinges, loose plates, rattling noise, etc.), wrong voltage supply (including use of the tool in a country other than where it was intended to be used), or neglect in safety precautions or regular maintenance; or any tampering or modification such as repair or attempted repair by unauthorized person, or use of unauthorized attachments.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE A CLAIM
If a product fails to operate properly under normal use because of a covered defect and it is WITHIN the Warranty Period, then please (1) make sure your product has been registered within 30 days of purchase (2) print and fill out the product return form and include it with return (3) return the defective product with a shipping, handling and replacement fee of $29.99 USD / $49.99 Canada (SHR Fee).
The SHR Fee must be paid in the form of either debit/credit via the link provided below and/or on the warranty page, check or money order sent with defective product. (PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH). We WILL NOT process any returns without the product being registered or the SHR Fee. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF WE CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM OR EXCLUDE IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THEN TO THE EXTENT POSSIBLE ANY CLAIMS UNDER SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL EXPIRE ON EXPIRATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD. WE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDE, AND WE WILL NOT PAY, ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR THE BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY, AND WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITIES FOR YOUR LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, OR FOR ANY OTHER INCONVENIENCE OR CONSEQUENTIAL EXPENSE. WARRANTIES SHALL EXPIRE ON EXPIRATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD. WE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDE, AND WE WILL NOT PAY, ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR THE BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY, AND WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITIES FOR YOUR LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, OR FOR ANY OTHER INCONVENIENCE OR CONSEQUENTIAL EXPENSE.
PLEASE NOTE: The purchaser MUST register the appliance online within 30 days from the date of the original retail purchase to qualify for a lifetime warranty. If registering after the 30 days of purchase you can still register for a lifetime warranty for a service charge of $15.
