Shipping & Delivering Policy
Our products are packaged with care so you receive them in the best condition. Proliss customer service reps are ready to help you with all aspects of the shipping and delivery of your order, so please contact us with any questions and concerns. We want to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
*** All Shipping days are the standard business days (Mon -Fri).
Usually orders placed before 3PM PST will be processed and shipped the same day. After 3PM PST it will ship next day (excluding weekends and holidays) Orders placed during promotional sales may experience slight delays (in such case you will be notified).
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive its tracking number in an email. All products are shipped from our warehouse in Canoga Park, California.
**** Please note that if an incomplete or incorrect address, such as a P.O. Box is given, or if details are missing, it may delay processing. We suggest that you review your shipping and billing information before checking out to avoid unnecessary delays. If you experience a problem with your tracking number or delivery of your order, please contact the courier directly before contacting Proliss.
U.S. ORDERS
Orders placed within the continental U.S are shipped via UPS Ground and will be delivered in 2 to 7 business days. Orders placed with in the U.S. territories, such as Porter Rico, the Caribbean Islands etc., are shipped either via USP, FedEx, or DHL and can be delivered in 5 to 10 days. All orders may that longer during the holidays or server weather.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders shipped internationally will usually be delivered in 15 to 25 days -- additional delays may occur during the holidays. International orders take longer because they must pass customs before reaching the final carrier. We ship using FedEx, UPS, or DHL followed by local shipping agents.

DUTIES & TAXES
Upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.
